A week after graduating college I got my first job. Graduated as Bs-Information Technology, it’s not outraging for me to work in Outsourcing industry. Later on as I gain experienced I was promoted to e-Marketing Supervisor, I managed the work of e-Marketing Specialist. For almost 2 years I think I did great in my work in outsourcing industry.

I was told by a friend of mine to consider another outsourcing niche which is graphic services, sounds interesting and so I joined another outsourcing company who are into graphic services. I was assigned to do the e-Telesales, more often I call graphic design company and offer our services. Glad to work in this kind of outsourcing business because I got to enhance my design talents. Management realize that it’s not a good idea to do the e-telesales, so they decided to go for SEO (search engine optimization). I got to work as SEO specialist, were I do marketing strategies to make our website ranked in such particular keywords. In SEO everyday is a learning process and I can say your creative idea comes out.

For almost 4 years in outsourcing industry, I thought that it’s all about outsourcing work from companies to companies until I realized another niche. Companies nowadays outsource their skilled employees to other companies to work such project. Of course much higher salary and you got to experience working in different countries. Amazing isn’t it?

I consider kind of job as enjoyable you’ve got to work with another race, different culture and environment. I heard the most of the outsourced worker would go to Japan, I wonder maybe that is why Japan is the most high tech country because most of the geniuses are there.
